This gently South West sloping pastureland lies right at the Northern edge of the settlement of Mappleborough Green with a short frontage to the A435 and the end of the service road coming from Redditch being the A4023. Towards the top of the site there is an old dell or marl pit which has become partly forested with mature oak. The pastureland although is has been mown for many years it is not believed that any fertilizers have been applied and therefore the land is beginning to host native wild flowers and species.

There is good gated access off the A4023 with all vehicles when leaving the site having to turn left and to go down the A435.
