From Birmingham and the north take the A435 south towards J3 of the M42 motorway, just before the east bound slip road turn left into Forshaw Heath Lane. Follow this for approximately 1 mile, passing over the North Warwick railway line at Earlswood Station. Then take the next left into Fulford Hall Road where, after approximately 300 yards, the property will be found on the right hand side, as indicated by the ‘Earles’ auction sale board.
