The parcels of land are located just off the A3400, within the village of Bearley which even has a railway station with trains south to Stratford-upon-Avon and north to Birmingham (Moor Street and Snow Hill) and west/southwards to Warwick and London (Marylebone).
Accessed off a right of way, the well kept parcels of pastureland are bounded by a mixture of well established hawthorn roadside hedging and well kept post and wire fences. The larger parcel has a number of specimen trees planted within it, Oak, Hornbeam and Sweet Chestnut and could be further planted to provide perhaps an arboretum or used for horse/pony grazing or other recreational use.
