Who we are
Earles was founded in 1935 by Mr John Reginald Earle and has been a prominent feature on the Henley-in-Arden High Street ever since. Over the years, the business has continued to grow into the firm practicing today, and as we are regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, our expertise is particularly varied. Strengthened by qualified and professional staff, Earles offer a dedicated and thorough service to our clients.
Where we are
We have been in our current location at 74 High Street, Henley-in-Arden since 1981. Prior to this, the firm was based in 44A High Street, Henley-in-Arden. Our location in Henley-in-Arden offers an excellent central base allowing us to practice from Kenilworth Castle in the East to Chaddesley Corbett in the West. We also have a number of clients in Stratford-upon-Avon, North Gloucestershire and the Cotswolds.
Meet the team
At Earles, we have a number of specialist and qualified staff. We have two chartered surveyors as well as an associate who can provide a range of professional services such as valuations, conflict resolution and rural advice. We also have two estate agents that are particularly knowledgeable about the local area and relish the challenge of unusual and unique properties. The management of lettings properties and block developments is undertaken by our property manager and last but not least, we have our in-house accounts department and administrative staff.

Property Sales Service
All our properties have detailed sales particulars that are uploaded onto the Earles website and Rightmove plus other specialist websites dependant on your type of property. We also compile a mailing list from our extensive database and send your property details to all prospective purchasers.
Methods of Sale
Our staff will advise on the best method of sale, every property and piece of land is different; some are suited to be offered for sale by auction, others by formal/informal tender or by private treaty with a set asking price.
At Earles, we have a dedicated property manager to deal with all legislative and maintenance requirements of lettings properties. We ensure that all lettings properties, that are managed by ourselves, comply with current regulations. If our properties do not comply, we can arrange for the installation and assessment of relevant goods and services to ensure the safety of tenants and landlords.
