On Tuesday 26th October 2021, we held our fourth auction of the year at at The View. Eight lots were on offer and there was a tremendous turnout!
The running order was as follows:
Lot 1 – 0.25 Acres of Amenity Land at Arrow, Alcester, Warwickshire, B49 5PN
We had a great start to the evening as this lot topped its guide price of £15,000 and made £48,000!
Lot 2 – The Mooring at The Old Boatyard (Lot 1) Off Common Road, Evesham, Worcestershire, WR11 4BX
Offered at a guide price of £40,000, the hammer fell at £48,000.
Lot 3 – 4 and 6 The Old Boatyard (Lot 2) Off Common Road, Evesham, Worcestershire, WR11 4BX
With a guide price of £200,000, this lot sold for £220,000.
Lot 5 – Cobley Hill Farm and 44.18 Acres (Lot 1), Alvechurch, Birmingham, B48 7DE
This property surpassed its guide price of £1,400,000 and went on to make £1,750,000.
Lot 6 – 10.27 Acres (Lot 2) at Cobley Hill, Alvechurch, Birmingham, B48 7DE
This parcel of land went for over three times its guide price of £80,000, eventually selling at £265,000.
Lot 7 – 5.65 Acres (Lot 3) at Cobley Hill, Alvechurch, Birmingham, B48 7DE
Our success continued and this lot well exceeded its guide price of £50,000, selling for £190,000!
Lot 8 – Cranhills Farm, Henley Road, Outhill, Nr. Studley, Warwickshire, B80 7DT
With a starting bid of £700,000, this property surpassed its guide price of £850,000 and the hammer finally came down at an impressive total of £980,000!
