We are pleased to announce that we will, at last, be starting up our land and property auctions again.

The first auction is planned for Tuesday 22nd June 2021. It will be held at The View (https://www.theview-eat.co.uk/), Hill Farm Marina, Stratford Road, Wootton Wawen, Warwickshire, B95 6DE. All of the lots are yet to be confirmed but will be advertised on our website (Auction & Land < Auction Properties) and Rightmove very shortly.

As per the government’s COVID-19 roadmap, which is featured on their website (https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/covid-19-response-spring-2021/covid-19-response-spring-2021-summary), it is hoped that on Monday 21st June 2021 (Step Four) all legal limits regarding social contact will be lifted and so our scheduled auction should have no restraints. Nevertheless, we will be continually monitoring government guidance and hope that everything will get back to some sort of “normal” soon!
